I just found this site because I'm in my 2nd full week of suffering from poison ivy...at least that's what the doctor said it is.
I get it every year, but never knew what it looked liked. Now that I have a computer, I am looking at photos of the devil plant.
The problem I have is that I have no clue what clothes and shoes I've been wearing. Each day a new outfit. Not knowing to separate items, I threw everything in the hamper and since have washed everything in cold water. I wonder if I'm still rubbing the oil onto my skin because I keep breaking out. I've been out in the garden and woods and stepping all over the plant without knowing what it even looked like. It seem to be in different shapes and forms in my wooded home area. It seems to be showing up on my stomach, legs arms but as smaller wider rashes. The first outbreak is still a mess; the initial breakout has sores about 1.5 inches each. Ugh.
SO AFTER YOU'VE DONE EVERYTHING WRONG FOR TWO WEEKS, IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE RIGHT TO ALLEVIATE THE ITCH AND BURNING AND MAKE THIS TORTURE STOP?
