I've come down with (yet another, despite my efforts to avoid it) case of poison ivy. In the past, I've taken prednisone, or used benadryl, but I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy, so both of those things seem to be off limits. Any other suggestions (beyond caladryl) that are safe but effective? I'm only 4 days in, so it may get worse before it gets better....
