My ex put mulch and dirt in my garden from the local county dump last July. Since I didn't get poison ivy until last August and got it again this spring, is there a chance that the PI is in the soil and on the mulch? I've killed a few growers with Round Up, but how can I remove it from my entire garden (plants have been planted) if this is the case? Can the oil be on the mulch?
