A rash on the face is pretty serious -- you should consider seeing a doctor.
You don't want to remove the ooze if its dried on by just peeling. Try using a warm washcloth applied to soft it up and remove. Allergic reactions vary for most people - may be a day, few days, longer -- it all depends. The big thing is to make sure that the rash is clean and dry. You might consider making a paste of baking soda and water and applying the poultice to the rash. Be careful around the eyes! This will help dry the rash up. Just leave it on for a bit (My husband leaves it on for about 15 minutes) and wash off then pat dry.
Hope this helps. |
