thought I got a terrible case of poison oak 3 weeks ago...the itching was dreadful...now it looks like either it is not gone, as I thought...or I contracted another case...was gardening in a different place and thought there was no poison oak there. COuld this be the same rash spreading again after 3 weeks? It took 3 days to recur like the last did. Ugh.
Also, does heat really help? I took hot showers which helped for awhile but have heard they can spread it?
