I have took prevention shots when I was a child (early 1980's)
and I did not get poison ivy for probebly 10 years! What happened to this injection? Did they take it off the market?
I remember it was like an allergy shot I got once a week and it hurt really bad when given (burned) but I was told by my mother it would build up my system and I wouldn't get poison ivy anymore and I didn't for a longtime until after giving birth to my second child. Can anyone tell me what happened to this prevention injection for poison ivy?!?
