Hello,
I had a bad case of poison ivy that i had to take steroids for and it almost completely cleared up about a week ago. Unfortunately, i am still itching on probably the worst part of my body (i'm a male, so take a guess). I have been using hydrocortizone cream for a while now and while that helps, it hasn't healed or stopped itching. It's a different kind of itching than the poison ivy too. And i'm buying like a bottle of this stuff(Cortaid) every other day, so it's doing damage to my bank account. It's pretty red, and i'm wondering how long i should wait until i should go see a doctor for it? Thanks a lot.
P.S. I don't have health insurance, i had a doctor friend order the prescription for me. |
