am having similar thing happen to me with my forearm. got into poison ivy last year. it cleared but will return like every 2-3 mo in a small rash form...same place I had it last year. am using a steroid cream to clear it up. I want something permanent. don't want to live with this any longer. any suggestions? please. I am not coming into contact with the oil. This is a skin complication of some sort. It's like the rash still exists invisibly until it wants to break out visibly.
