| What do you guys do when your skin gets really drawn up and tight from the rash...I have it on my left wrist and a little on my forearm. I have been using Zanfel and had a Steroid shot a couple days ago...Should I use lotion on it? I dont think I should ( I wont) but it is tight and I can hardly move my wrist...Aslo I tried Zanfel to stop the weeping but 2nd day nothing...I have to bandage all day and when I go to bed...gets everywhere. Thanks for any info.... |
