it's 3 pills/day (20 mg.) for three days, then 2/day for 3 days then one/dy for 3. it's been 24 hours since dose 1, i have taken dose 2, and feel maybe mild relief-not total by any stretch. I was surprised, as i thought it was the magic cure-all.
