My husband got three very bad cases of PI last year, and the first two were all over his body (and I mean EVERYWHERE).He is extremely hyper-sensitive to PI. One year later his skin is still rawish-pink in certain places and he sweats more and smells more in general.
My question is, does the PI break down the skin's immune system permanently if the case is very bad? Is there a lack of white cells or something in his skin? Or maybe the top protective layer of skin is having trouble growing back? Does anyone have any answers? |
