yah, this is what I have been doing for the past few days. In fact, yesterday I stayed home from work, and laid in my underwear covered with frozen vegatables. It is the ONLY thing that stops the itch.
I don't have poison ivy, (Dr doesn't know what I have)but it seems to be worse after the steroid shot I recieved. The cream she gave me doesn't help. The only thing that helps me at this point is by icing the spots. I slept last night with frozen water bottles on my stomach and legs... |
