I have always had a horrible reaction to PI. But it has been many years since my last major outbreak. I pump concrete for a living, we use hoses that are 25 feet long and anywhere from 3-6 inches in diamter. On a job last month I noticed a large clump of PI and avoided it like the plague. But the oil is apparently all over my hoses (system in pumping terms). I now have spent the last 3 weeks re contracting PI all over my arms where I handle the hoses. These hoses have the consistancy of inner tire tread, sorta like rubber but more pourous. Does anyone know a reasonbly cheap $$ way I could clean these things. I am guessing I would have to just let them soak and submerge in some sort of solution. I have tried hosing them down with soapy water, their pure size and length really makes cleaning them a challenge. I just got a new outbreak today. Loosing my mind. :)
