Hi KD, you can use the same methods and products that you would use on any other area of your skin. Just be careful not to get any products inside your ear canal. You didn't say if your skin is itching. If it doesn't itch I doubt it is poison oak or ivy as that always itches, most of the time intensely. Most any plant that dies turns yellow. The spots could be rust or black spot (a fungus that is a problem for roses) which causes the leaves of the rose to turn yellow and spotted, then they fall off. Trees can get rust spots which is another type of fungus. There are some good pictures on this site of the poisonous plants so maybe you can recognize what you touched. Good luck! [email protected] |
