Hi Tony. Sorry for your problem. I would get your sore checked out at the doctor. It may be infected and in need of ORAL antibiotics. Do not put the ointment on anymore. Antibiotic ointments seem to make urushiol outbreaks worse. That is why I came on here to warn people to use common sense when dealing with these rashes. I recently saw on TV a guy who had a blister on his heel from a new pair of boots. He broke it and poured AFTERSHAVE on it (very dumb move) and he not only got it infected, he was on crutches because his foot swelled up like a ballon and in a great deal of pain. A hospital trip later, he learned his lesson the hard way. I hope you get the proper care and heal soon. Once your blisters have dried up, then start moisturizing. Not before. Take care!
