| You heard wrong Jade. Oozing does not spread the rash on you, or to anyone else. The only time you can spread the OIL is after you have exposed yourself to it from your poison ivy encounter. Since you have washed probably many times since then, you are not spreading anything. Unless you jumped into bed right after you for the poison ivy in yourself, your sheets are okay.
