| You don't have Poison Ivy or Oak. They itch intensely and if you had it, you would not get away without itching. You probably have prickly heat, which is same thing as a heat rash. You can use diaper rash ointment, Gold Bond powder or cream, witch hazel, or just calamine lotion. Your goal should be to dry the rash to speed healing. You are lucky because although your rash may be unsightly, the itch of Poison Ivy is what drives people mad. |
