Lulu, did his rash blister with yellow pustules? Does it itch? Also, where is the rash on his legs ( be specific please) I am thinking he could have a case of heat rash, yeast rash, or even eczema if he did not get the classic blisters. Eczema has the look of rough leathery red skin or rash and is fairly common in young children. Post here so I will know. I studied medicine for several years and that is why I posted so many answers here to try to help my fellow sufferers.
