Hi there--what you have on the insides of your fingers is not poison ivy if there is no itch. Poison ivy rash will make you itch intensely. What you have is most likely a form of heat rash. If you sweat, it will not "spread", but sweat causes the rash. Poison Ivy will always blister and the fluid inside will be yellowish & slightly thick. The blisters will ooze while healing. Your rash could blister but most likely the fluid inside will be clear. The best thing to do to make your rash go away is to try to keep your hands dry. Excessive moisture between your fingers or toes can cause this. Unless you get the Poison Ivy symptoms I described above, your rash is harmless & will heal faster than poison ivy will. Try Gold Bond powder to wick up the sweat if you normally have sweaty hands. Calamine can speed up the drying process also. Good Luck-I used to get this all the time when I was a kid.
