| Yes, it does spread, but supposedly not from scratching (also there are those who disagree). It took me 12 days to break out after exposure, mostly on my arms and hands, but a few on my feet and legs. If you get the oil on your clothes, shoes, or any object, you could be getting new breakouts from these sources. Personally, I think once it's in your system, it just breaks out wherever it wants to, but that's only my non-medical opinion. I never knew the misery of PI until I got it, now I can truly sympathize. How I wish someone would invent an instant cure, I tried about 9 different remedies, I don't think they work the same for everyone, you have to find one (or more) that works for your own case.
