Hello.
I have been trying to find something about posion ivy and pregnancy and have been unable to find any infomation on this. Originally, the Dr. thought the rash or hives were part of the pregnancy (twins) but then after looking at the rash/hives, the Dr. thought it could be poison ivy, EVERYWHERE!!!
Has anyone heard of not being able to have a "c" section due to the poison ivy? Someone told me that you could not have a "c" section if you have poison ivy, but they did not know why. Can I give it to the twins? Any quick remedies? I have been taking benedryl and putting on caladryl lotion on and it seems to be drying it up, but the itch is so bad it wakes me up at night.
Please let me know if you have any info on "c" sections and poison ivy. Thank you!!! Karen |
