I've heard that poison sumac causes the worst case of rashes out of the three plants. Between poison oak and poison ivy, which one causes the worst symptoms?

I recently developed atopic dermatitis on my lips. It looked like poison oak, which I've had a few times. Oozing liquid, yellow crust, itchy and burning. What caused it was eating mango with paprika. I don't know which one did it, or if the combination did. I've eaten both for my whole life. I've gotten small blisters like it before from eating habanero peppers, but never that severe. Apparently the skin, stems, roots and leaves (sap) of the mango tree contain an oleoresin, as does paprika and hot peppers, that cause a similar reaction as urioshiol. WATCH OUT!!!
