I too am at the end (I hope) of a long bout with poison ivy. After a shot, predisone and a steroid cream, I am no longer oozing but I have these hot, itchy patches on my arms and legs. When I scratch them, small bumps appear. I am using caladryl on them as the prescription steriod cream is all gone. Is this normal or should I see a dermatologist? I feel that once this is in your system you never fully get rid of it.............
