Yep. I got it from my dog (who had gone exploring in the woods without me). It showed up as very red scratches on my arms from her toenails (after I'd picked her up). Unfortunately a few of the scratches (very mild) broke the skin and then I had a serious problem that spread. Ended up on steroid cream and prednisone, but it left quickly thereafter. The dog showed no signs of a problem.
