| I have had PI for 1 week. I used Zanfel and Technu but still itching. I took back the $40 tube of Zanfel to Rite Aid and they gave me back my money even though I used most of it. Anyhow, I went to docs and now am on Prednisone. Starting 2 pills a day for 3 days and then gradually going down for 12 more days. The blisters are a little better but, I have 'bumps' underneath the skin. Are all these bumps going to come out as blisters or do some go away without 'blistering' through the skin? I did receive an allergy shot a couple days after i was exposed (but PI was not a rash yet). The next day I broke out in rash. So, i Think the PI is systemic becasue I got new rashes 7 days later. Anyhow, it is tough wearing long sleeves in the hot weather. i would avoid me if I seen me on the street with short sleeves. It is now on my chest, legs, arms and waist area with a couple 'spot' on my neck. I am still itching and no real relief in site. I don't know what to do next. It has been 10 days since rash so, I will wait a few more days to see if it clears. |
