I have a spot in my backyard that I wanted to plant veggie plants. I started digging and found tons of roots. I beleive they are poison ivy roots because my neighbor had poison ivy right on the other side of the fence. There is old roots/vines but no leaves on their side. Are the old roots with poison? Should I stay away from this area. There are so many roots I can't even think about removing them all. If I go to an area alittle further away it is the same thing. Advice?
