Looks like poison ivy to me! Did you say you were burning? Be CAREFUL, and don't burn the poison ivy. The smoke will carry the urushiol oils, and if you inhale it, you can get a nasty, systemic reaction...this usually requires a trip to the doctor for steroids and several weeks of discomfort.
Wear long sleeves, pants, and gloves that go up over your sleeves, pull it out carefully, bag it up and throw it away. Keep an eye on the spot where you removed it, since it will regrow from roots. You can pull regrowth or spray it with brush-be-gone.
