I'm not exactly sure how to get this on one of the main pages, but I'm going to post this little schedule i've been using that's working pretty nice. I broke out Saturday, and it's Tuesday, and the soars are already drying up on my arms.

1. Wash area with dishwashing liquid good, a couple times if you feel it's necessary.

2. After drying area good, take a cotton ball, and put some rubbing alcohol on it. If you can handle it, scrub the break out with the cotton ball. If done right, the soars will open up, and alcohol will get inside, having an astringent effect. You'll already feel some of the poison coming out.

3. Wait for the alcohol to dry, and if you have some Hydrocortizone handy, spread that over the area, and wait about 20 minutes, so that it can soak into the skin.

4. If you don't have the Hydrocortizone, you can just skip #3, and go directly to the Calamine lotion. Spread that all over the break out area, and let it dry.

Repeating these steps, and keeping a tight schedule seems to be helping alot. I'm not completely over the stuff right now, but it's going away nicely. Also, when the soars start weeping the poison, I think it's a good idea to keep watch, and wipe the stuff off as it comes out. I know I actually asked about this earlier, but I think the best idea would be to wipe it off.

Another good idea would be an oatmeal bath, whenever you'd like. I'm not sure if it's essential, but it'd certainly help.
