I searched and searched but was unable to locate a thread that either asks this question or answers it...
What in the world is that amber colored ooze. I went to the doctor yesterday and he couldn't even tell me. People have told me that it's NOT the oil from the plant (I've given myself like 37 washdowns since my little tumble in the weeds, so that should be gone anyhow). I've also been told it's NOT pus, since the stuff isn't infected (yet). So, I wonder...does anybody know what this weeping liquid is? I'm not joking around when I say that I've leaked about a pint of this (maybe more). I gauzed and bandaged my leg with a breathable bandage last night so I could actually sleep and woke up in the middle of the night with a liquid circle on my sheets that was a foot in diameter! Kids are running from me in digust...
Just a thought...has anybody thought of creating a thread where all we can do is swear and scream about this amazingly torturous rash? I shudder to think what people did a long time ago when they didn't know what this stuff is. Thanks to anybody who can help. |
