Thanks for your reply. I actually also read about Sarna lotion during one of my sleepless nights. I have recently purchased it and it does seem to be giving me some relief. I also read about the homeopathy remedy sulphur and started taking it. But, just not really sure how much of it would be accurate to take to get rid of it. If anyone has any thoughts on the dose, please advise.
