PI/PO/PS is the worst on your feet because you can't penetrate the skin enough to get topical creams on it and scratching it just doesn't do it justice.
My daughter had it really bad on her feet and she was up all night. I read a posting on this site about a product to use called "Sarna" Lotion. We found it in the health and Beauty section of our local Eckerd Drug Store and it works to releive the itch. She also took another "alternative" approach to cure it altogether, but the Sarna releived the immediate discomfort.
If you go to a Dermatologist at this point he's just going to put you on sterroids and charge you $200+. PI/PO/PS can easily feel like a fungal infection, but if you see red dots and you have been exposed to PI/PO/PS then it is most probable that you have it on your feet.
Get the lotion and sleep well....
