I am on day 5 of my most severe case of PI I ever had. I started with my traditional remedy - Coleman white gas (apply outside) it has done wonders in the past for drying out the rash. (don't smoke while applying this!) This time it just won't do the trick.
I used CalaGel by Technu day 2 and 3 - that stuff was great - cooled the burning and releived the itch.
I'm not very patient so I found a website www.sumactin.com - they claim their all natural product can remove the effects of PI within 72hours. 100% refund. Expensive stuff but I am trying it... I am not quite at 24hours of using that stuff. It seems to have an effect - not very good at cooling and releiving the itch but it does seem to be attacking the blisters. Has anyone else ever tried this product? How did it work for you?
