I am no expert at identifying these plants but here is my opinion:
I do not believe that is poison oak.
I do not see the telltale "leafs of three" in your pictures.
I compared your pictures to the Poison Oak pictures founds on this site.

They do not appear to be the same plants.
If you made 5 wreaths already, I would think you would have some indications by now. (You or someone in your family would most likely have had some type of reaction.)
If you want to know what the plant is for sure, I suggest taking a small piece to your local gardening shop or local college horticultural dept and see if they can identify it for you.
Walk in and yell: �Is there a botanist in the house!� lol ;)
Like I said. I am no expert. Hopefully others will respond with their thoughts regarding this.
