Hi,
I have been taking my dog to the vet for numerous tests on bumps and redness that itch and drive her crazy. After everything came back negative he asked if I have poison ivy or etc in my yard. I know what poison ivy looks like so I did my search and found none. One of the problems is both my husband and I seem to be immune to poison ivy, sumac and oak so when I do yard work I am fine and my dog just loves to help. I have these "trees" that fit the description of sumac, 7 to 13 leaves but I am not sure if it is the right plant. It is going anyway but I want to make a positive ID for my dog so I know what could be causing her rash. When I cut or trim this plant it has a distinct odor...I can't describe it but it doesn't smell good and it stays on your hands after repeated washings.
I placed a picture of it here:

It is a large picture.
Any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my dog Rikku!
