My wife says that she had Poison Oak when she was a kid. Now, about yearly, she gets breakouts on her lips and hands. She says that her childhood doctor said that PO could recur like this. Is this true? Can PI/PO "live" in your blood and rear its ugly head whenever it feels like it? This is a marital debate, so please help!
