I have no idea if sweating spreads poision ivy -- but I to, need to know the answer to this as I run on a high school cross coutry team. I currently have posion ivy from a long run, and my coach is telling us to run, despite. So if indeed sweating can spread it, I need to know for certain, so I can convince him to give us a break until it heals.
