Our neighborhood sage told me a few years ago to use Clorox bleach and spray it on the Poison Ivy. Works like a charm. We have alot of Boston ivy and it hardly bothers the BOston. Must be Clorox she says. Do not leave the sprayer in the bottle after use as it corrodes the sprayer. I clean it out with water and cover the bottle with something else. Be careful on a windy day.
