Poison Ivy around the eyes is very scary, you may want to spend that money on a a doctor'd visit. The cheapest way that I have found to treat the eyes and mouth area (and this will work for crotch areas too). Buy OTC cold sore creams. I use this along with an assortment of other OTC items. If you don't find relief after a few weeks, you may HAVE to go to a doctor.
