1. dispose of it in garbage bags.
2.yes it will have oil in it. Wear long sleeves and plastic gloves that are disposable. Try too ahve a partner to make the job easier and safer.
3.Clipping will leave debris that is potentially lethal. Try and clip long peices of the vines and avoid ripping it off the tree.
Watch out for the pruners when you are done. Mineral spirits, gas, alcohol and even turpentine will help rid the oils from the blades.\
