I have poison ivy all over my arms. I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep cuz it itches so much! But how long till its done spreading? When can I stop worrying about me touching stuff and leaving oil on it? I have had it for 4 days now. Also, can I take a shower? I'm worried about it spreading more. Help!!
