my 4yr has red, hard skin around the pi outbreaks|
He doesn't seem to be itching all that much & is not in pain. I've been giving him Children's Benedryl 2 times a day (in the morning & at night) but have not been giving him baths during the day. The hard, red patches on his leg concern me. The rest of the poison ivy seems to be drying out. Could this just be severe dry skin? If so, what can I put on the dry skin without causing burning &/or itching?
