After two weeks and a very bad systemic reaction, I discovered Zanfel- what an absolutely wonderful thing! It's like a "legal" scratch session, and is safe for sensitive body areas. Also, pepcid is a H2 (histamine) blocker, and Benadryl is an H1 (histamine) blocker, so by combining the two and using Zanfel, I have been able to get a very good sense of relief.
