You can wash those items in a commercial washing machine (huge "Speed Queen" washers) found at most laundromats. That should take care of getting the oils off. For the down parka, I would suggest hanging it to dry afterward in a hot, dry place. I live in TX and normally launder down items in the summer, leaving them to line dry in the sun (takes a few hours in 95+ degree weather). I wouldn't trust putting those items in the dryer - seems that would just spread the oil.
