| A hot shower for me made the poison spread like wildfire. I had to stick with cold showers for a month. Now, I use the Zanfel and can take a warm shower sometimes. Whatever you do, stay out of a hot tub or sauna! When i get it in my system, any type of heat on my body will produce a patch of it. better safe than sorry. |
