I recently obtained posion oak/ivy about 2 weeks ago. I washed all my clothes and my body several times. I also used calomine lotion for the frist week. I then went to the doctors for some prescribed ointments. My question is this... If I scratch my arms or even if one of the little bubbles of the posion oak/ivy pop and it comes in contact with my girlfriend will it spread to her? I know its not contagious but can the liquid from a bubble of the posion oak/ivy spread onto her and give her it?
