| I got poison ivy this summer (2003) and had it on the tip of my penis. The rash was contained to a small area near the tip and just below the head all on the top side. Now even months later I am still having problems. The actual texture of the skin has changed. It is not flexible and seems to be scarring, tearing very easily. Can anyone please provide advice.
