I am not an expect Justin but you need to go to the doctor. How long have you had it? Where do you think you got it? I find it odd that it started on your penis first. Have you had poison ivy before?
Go to your doctor and tell him you have poison ivy on your penis, chest, arms, hands, face, and legs. It is his JOB to help you, he gets PAID to look at skin and all types of rashes over the body. There is no need to get embarrassed, poison ivy is very common, I am sure he/she has seen it plenty of times and I am sure he/she has seen a penis before.
If you don't go it could get worse or just get better, but that is your decision, I hope it gets better :)
