| Does your city have a DPW Public Sertvice department? They would be able to guide you. If you are cutting it down yourself, it sounds like you will have to take every precaution in covering yourself up. Make some small chunks that are easy to stack and dump them somewhere like a dpw site. Keep some mineral spirits around to wipe off your tools to break down the oil. Sounds like an inconvenience and odd dilemma. Hope I gave you some ideas. Let us know what you do. |
