Hi!
I had something called PUPPPS syndrome when I was pregnant and although it was horribly itchy, doctors were very conservative and refused to give me anything stronger than regular benedryl. They were not willing to give me any kind of steroid while pregnant.
I would check with your doctor before taking anything.
