After reading all the stuff on this site I probably would not have started taking Predisone. However I am on it and will finish the prescription. I started on Friday and today tuesday I am basically a free man hoping to clear it up. Bird Brain said it is your call and I agree with him. Become educated quickly and make a decision. I am taking Echinacea-Goldenseal to help with my Immune system. Apparently Predisone lowers your resistance I am told so luckily it is not the flu season yet and no one I know has colds. Good luck Gillian I definitely suffered. Also am not aware of bone loss due to Predisone. I am taking it for 12 days.
10mg. 5 pills 2 days-4 two day 3 two days 2 two days 1 two days and then 1/2 two days. all the pills are taken at once.
